Lafayette takes on the first of three opponents from the Ivy League Wednesday night against the Tigers. The Leopards will play Yale and Penn in their next two home games to close out November.Princeton has won the last four meetings in the series against Lafayette by an average of 16.5 points.Four players scored in double figures in the loss to Robert Morris. Bryce Scott had a career-high 25 points, Dan Trist netted 18,Seth Hinrichs led the way with 15 points and Joey Ptasinski scored 13 off the bench.The trio of Seth Hinrichs, Joey Ptasinski and Bryce Scott has combined to go 18-of-41 from three-point land in the first two games.Junior Dan Trist recorded his first career double-double with 18 points and a career-high 14 rebounds against Robert Morris.The all-time winningest coach in Lafayette and Patriot League history and longest-tenured coach in the conference, Fran O’Hanlon (Villanova, ’70) is in his 19th season as the Leopards’ head coach.Lafayette was picked to finish second in the Patriot League’s Preseason Poll behind new Patriot League member Boston University. The Terriers were a unanimous pick to finish at the top of the League, while Army was picked third and defending champion Bucknell was fourth.Forward Matt Klinewski (Voorhees, N.J./Eastern) and guard Eric Stafford (Pitman, N.J./Pitman) have signed National Letters of Intent to play at Lafayette and will enroll at the College in the fall of 2014.The Leopards return to action on Saturday afternoon when they travel back to the Garden State for a matchup with NJIT.
