You can have it as part of your entree or you can just have it for a snack. Kale is easy to prepare. You can steam it then drizzle some tahini on top! You can take it with you for a snack on the run. Experiment with your own versions and soon you will become so fond of kale that you may want to eat it every day and feed it to your children.
