Comedian Chris Farley Died Way Too Young

Christopher Crosby Farley was a comedian and actor most noted for his stint on Saturday Night Live. On December 18, 1997 when he was 33 year old, Chris Farley was found dead in an apartment on the 60th floor of the John Hancock Building, on Michigan Avenue in Chicago with foam around his mouth. He was a drug addict who just could not keep away from the hard stuff.
The woman he was with heard him having difficulties breathing after a collapse, but continued on her merry way out of there. That’s when Chris uttered his famous last words: “Don’t leave me.”  Chicago medical examiners who performed an autopsy on Chris Farley ruled his death accidental. In the report it was stated that Chris Farley died of opiate and cocaine intoxication. Traces of marijuana, morphine, Prozac and fluoxetine were also found in his system but were not found to have contributed to his death.  On December 17th, 1997 a day before he was found dead.  Let us remember the good that Mr. Farley brought to the world.  He was one of the many comedians and public figures that made poor choices and died way too young.
