What Causes The Cold & Flu?

February 14th, 2012
Basically colds and flu show up when we have an impaired immune system. Lately, research has confirmed that colds and flu can be symptoms of a vitamin D deficiency. Not getting enough vitamin D will significantly make you far more susceptible to contracting colds, influenza along with other respiratory infections. Shortest solution; don’t do things that will impair your immune response. Get enough rest, don’t stress out, eat good and take your vitamins or get more sun early in the day. Natural light is vital in today’s society since too many of us don’t get out enough with the use of computers and sunglasses.
There are many ways you might end up with a weakened immune system, some of the most common contributing factors are:
-Vitamin C & D deficiency
-Consuming too much sugar
-Not getting enough rest
-Insufficient exercise
-Not managing emotional stress
-Any combination of the above
